Fit & sizing guide 📐

This band is designed to fit most adults when worn on arms or legs over light to medium layers.

How to choose placement:

For movement-heavy activities such as running or cycling, wear the band just above the elbow or just below the knee for optimal visibility and comfort. For worksites or casual walking, it can also be worn over jackets or pants near the wrist or ankle.

Wrap the band comfortably — snug enough to stay put, but not so tight that it digs into the skin or restricts movement.

How to wear it ⚙️

1. Free up strap-end from the quick-clip, expand the Arm/Leg band to its maximum diameter, and then slip the band over your hand or foot and move to the desired position, with the reflective strip facing outward.
2. Pull the strap-end through the slip-lock buckle to adjust the fit until it is snug but comfortable, and secure the strap-end into the quick-clip.
3. Make sure the reflective strip faces outward and is not covered by clothing or gear.
4. Check that the band stays in place when you walk, bend, or move.
