Care 🧼

Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
For deeper cleaning, hand wash cold and air dry.
Avoid harsh chemicals or high heat to preserve elasticity and reflectivity.
Keep elastic and reflective surfaces free of dirt for maximum visibility.

Fit & sizing guide 📐

The ORBIS® “UNI” Helmet Band is designed to fit most standard hardhats and helmets using its stretch capacity.

Fit tips:

Clean off any dirt or grease from the surface of the helmet to maximize friction and grip of the UNI band.
Ensure the band has full contact on surface area on the helmet shell so it cannot easily roll or slide. The band should feel snug but not overly tight, and should not obstruct vents or adjustment mechanisms.

If you wear a hood, toque, or other head covering under your helmet, check that the band still grips the shell securely and remains fully visible.

How to wear it ⚙️

1. Hold the band with the reflective tape facing outward.
2. Stretch the band and pull it over the top of the helmet, then settle it into place around the circumference.
3. Position the band so the reflective strip is fully visible from all angles and not covered by stickers, accessories, or helmet attachments.
4. Press lightly around the band to ensure the non-slip backing is making full contact with the helmet shell.
5. Check the fit by gently shaking or tilting the helmet — the band should stay in place.
